Open your profile. The subscription panel there shows what you are on, when it renews, and lets you stop the renewal or start it again. Cancelling leaves the plan running until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments run through Stripe, so all major credit and debit cards work, along with the local methods Stripe supports in your country. We never see or store your card details.

Add your company billing address in your profile and it is passed to Stripe, which issues a receipt for every payment. If you need a tax id on the document, write to us and we will add it.

They are estimates. Selling prices, demand and fees are modelled from marketplace data and historical patterns, and they are there to narrow your shortlist rather than to promise a result. Check anything you are about to spend money on.

Text and analysis run on OpenAI models, chosen per task and configurable by our team. Fulfilment cost estimates come from a model we train ourselves on marketplace fee data rather than from a language model.

Your conversations are stored against your account and are not shown to other users. The privacy policy sets out what we keep and for how long.

The Chrome extension reads wholesale and retail listings while you browse, and the app pairs them up and analyses the result. That is why the extension is required for the research screens.

Yes. Save any product and it appears under Saved Products. Searches are re-run on a schedule, so each product builds up a history you can chart on its market analysis page.

The retail analysis is built around Amazon marketplaces, and the wholesale side reads Alibaba. Which marketplaces you can use is set on your account.

Traffic is encrypted in transit, payment details never reach our servers, and what you save is tied to your account. The privacy policy has the detail.

No. What you research and write here is used to run the product for you, and nothing about your account is sold.

Write to us from the address on the account and we will close it and remove your data in line with the retention periods in the privacy policy.
